Dear Valued Team Member

Thank you so much for all of your hard work, long hours and sacrifice that you have made to Sprint this year.  I want you to know that your efforts have not gone unnoticed.  So this year, instead of a raise or bonus, I am pleased to present you with this t-shirt.

Granted, I am completely aware that you will never wear this in public.  At best, it is a t-shirt that you will wear while gardening or washing your car.  But wear your Sprint yellowness with pride and know that it is given to you with love in my heart as I sit here in my exclusive Country Club mansion in Kansas City.
