Political Snarkyness

I promise, I won't go down this path a lot, so hang with me.

You all know that I am a Capital L Liberal.  If there is a ballot in front of me and a Republican is running unopposed, I will either a) not vote for that office or b) write in the name "Hedda Lettuce" (famous drag queen with a name I just love).

There have been Republican congressmen doing the "shirt off and taking a picture of themselves in a mirror" before.  The dude quit.  Now we got a Democrat doing it.  Not going to quit (so he says now).  First, what is the deal with taking pictures in a mirror?  A mirror that you haven't cleaned all the brushing your teeth splatter off of?  Tacky.  Second, since I am a Capital L Liberal, and abide by the "lame stream" media just to hear how Sarah Palin changed history (not as in "made history", but truly changed the definition of history), I watch MSNBC.

The first people to hang the Republican dude in NY 26 was the likes of Lawence O'Donnell, Olbermann, etc.  Now that it is a Democrat, what do they lead with?  The guy who broke the Weiner (funny in and of itself) story being a douche at the press conference.  They are burying the lead.  And that makes me wonder.

Still, I can take solace in a couple things, such as Fox Noise supporting the Newt even though he was dirty dancing while at the same time trying to impeach Clinton for the same damn thing.  The Conservative Kiss the Evangelicals Ass Media does the same thing.  Though I was completely shocked (shocked, I say!) when Fox Noise's Chris Wallace challenged that Palin bitch for the whole thing about Paul Revere. 

Why is it with this broad that she cant clearly enunciate?  Everything is "gonna" or "doin" or "tryin".  She talks like she is tweeting and saving that one letter so she can not go over 140.  She talks like she is from Iowa, when I am really not aware of an Alaskan accent.  But if she is any indication, Alaska's education system under her (brief) tenure as Governor is in big big trouble.  Oh and don't get me started on why she is now wearing an Israeli flag pin.  I seriously doubt she is Jewish.
