I got my fitness assement results last night. I was immediately overjoyed by my body fat percentage, until I realized that I was looking at the girl's scale, not mens. Still, wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Also, my body mass index, while still technically high, did not put me in the "morbidly obese" category. Let's all clap!
Now for the fun part. In order for me to lose 1-2 pounds a week, I need to eat somewhere in the neighborhood of 3000 calories a day. I think I was pushing nor more than 1500 for the past couple weeks, ever since I got back from AZ. Well no wonder I wasnt losing weight! I was what people say was "starvation mode" That terminology is fitting, cuz I was hungry!
So now I have to figure out how to eat that amount of calories healthily. Hey blog-o-world, suuggestions?
